2 How many people will be able to access my restaurant through OrderUp.com?
  A.Any one who has an account on OrderUp.com will be able to view your restaurants information on the site.

3 Who handles customer service?
  A.OrderUp.com handles customer service about the site itself. If a client has questions about their order they would need to contact the restaurant directly.

4 How do we receive orders from customers?
  A.Once the customer enters the order into the site the network sends it directly to the restaurants POS.

5 Can we track statistics for our restaurants?
  A.Yes. OrderUp.com keeps detailed records of orders placed through the network.

6 Is there a membership fee?
  A.OrderUp.com is a free network for customers and vendors. The only fee is a % discount provided from the restaurant on each order placed through the network.

7 When is the order paid for?
  A.As soon as the customer hits the send button to place the order the credit card is charged a % of the total order as an online security deposit The restaurant will collect the remaining balance from the customer directly.

8 Will this take away from dine in business?
  A.Our research shows that people who want to dine in will always dine in. OrderUp.com will enhance a restaurants delivery, curbside and take-out business.

9 How will you acquire a customer base?
  A.OrderUp.com will be acquiring members through direct marketing, referrals and media advertising. People want and need more convenience in today’s world and OrderUp.com provides a free service uniting restaurants and consumers.

10 How does a restaurant know what my order is?
  A.Restaurants will receive the order directly to through POS. Each order will be numbered and confirmed.

11 Is my personal information secure?
  A.Yes, OrderUp.com is a secure network.

12 How will the charge show up on my statement?
  A.The charge will appear on the credit card statement as 2 separate charges. One charge will appear as Online Deposit and the remaining balance will be charged directly from the restaurant.

13 What are my options of payment?
  A.OrderUp.com accepts all major charge cards and check debit cards. Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. However certain restaurants may not accept all types of credit cards. Customers will need to see the individual restaurants payment options before placing the order unless they plan on paying with cash for the remaining balance of the order.

14 Why hasn’t this been done yet?
  A.Until now people haven’t trusted paying over the internet. With the growth in ecommerce the time is right for the launch of the “click & pick” network.

15 Can more than 1 person use my account?
  A.Any member will have the ability to add sub-users on their account. The main account holder can set up the parameters for usage for the sub-account holders.

16 When is my card charged?
  A.The credit card is charged a % of the order when the customer places the order through the network. The network will give the customer authorization and confirmation that the charge was accepted and the order has been placed with the restaurant. The remaining balance of the order will be collected by the restaurant directly.

17 How will I know when my food is ready?
  A.The network will let the customer know when the order will be ready for pick up or delivery. Actual times will be determined by each individual restaurant.

18 How big of an order can I place?
  A.You can place as large an order as you would like. OrderUp.com also provides access to restaurants that can provide catering services.

19 Can I see specials on the site?
  A.If the restaurant has an item in there menu marked as a special it will display under the specials category.

20 Can I customize my order?
  A.Any order or food item can be customized on OrderUp.com. You will be able to choose the temperature of your steak, toppings and condiments you would like for your order.

21 Can I use my account anywhere?
  A.An account holder can access their account from anywhere with internet access. The only limitations will be if restaurants in the area are part of the OrderUp.com network or not.

22 Can I use coupons or promotional things through the website?
  A.Coming soon.

23 Are there any hidden fees?
  A.Absolutely not. The website is free for account holders.

24 Can I leave a tip through the website?
  A.Not yet. Tipping would be done when the food is picked up or delivered.
